PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal the gap formed between two members making relative rotation with a floating seal certainly by suppressing intrusion of foreign matter externally into the gap. SOLUTION: Gap 17 formed between a shaft supporting member 12 to constitute a lower crawler guide roller 11 and a roller 15 is filled with a filler 23 consisting of a foaming resin material. Thereby the gap 17 between the roller 15 rotating and the shaft supporting member 12 is choked by the filler 23 at normal times, which allows preventing the foreign matter such as muddy water, earth and sand, etc. from intruding externally into the gap 17 toward the floating seal 18. Accordingly the floating seal 18 can be protected against foreign matter, and it is possible to seal between the roller 15 rotating and the shaft supporting member 12 liquid-tightly with the floating seal 18.
