PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a wall such as a sound-insulation partition wall, which can prevent an in-wall space section from being partitioned into narrow spaces, without increasing wall thickness, and which can effectively inhibit the out-of-plane deformation of an interior finish plate. SOLUTION: For example, when the intended wall is the sound-insulation partition wall, wires 5 etc., which are subjected to tension, are provided on the side of one room; the interior finish plate is mounted on the wires 5 etc. by means of bed plates 7a and 7b; the wires 5 etc., which are subjected to tension, are also provided on the side of the other room; the interior finish plate is mounted on the wires 5 etc. by means of the bed plates 7a and 7b; and the wires 5 etc., the bed plates 7a and 7b, and the interior finish plate on the side of one room are insulated from the wires 5 etc. the bed plates 7a and 7b, and the interior finish plate on the side of the other room.
