<p>The present invention relates to a composition for eliciting a strong CD8 cytotoxic T cell response to an antigen. The present invention also provides the use of the composition to elicit a strong CD8 cytotoxic T-cell response and for treating immunological diseases. The composition may also be used to raise a strong CD4 Th1 type response and a Th1-associated antibody response.</p>
