WASHING/DISINFECTING APPARATUS FOR ENDOSCOPE, WASHING BRUSH UNIT AND WASHING BRUSH HOUSING CASSETTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing/disinfecting apparatus for endoscopes which enables easier washing of the brush part of the washing brush accurately at a lower cost.

SOLUTION: The washing/disinfecting apparatus for endoscopes includes a nozzle 33 with a passage 33r detachably mounted on a connection port at a pipeline of an endoscope, a brush cassette 70 detachably mounted on the nozzle 33 which has a washing brush housing chamber freely communicable with the passage 33r and a washing brush feeding/returning mechanism which carries out an advancing/retracting operation of feeding the washing brush to the pipeline of the endoscope from the washing brush housing chamber while returning the washing brush back to the washing brush housing chamber from the pipeline of the endoscope. A narrow contact member 90 which is kept in contact with the brush part 101 of the washing brush to remove the foul of the brush part 101 is provided in the passage 33r through which the washing brush passes with the washing brush feeding/returning mechanism.
