PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable radio shielding body having high radio shielding performance. SOLUTION: This radio shielding body 1 has a base material 10 having a micropore and a recess-projection on a surface, a coating film 11 formed on the surface of the base material 10, and a plurality of antennas formed on its coating film 11 out of a material of reflecting a radio wave.
