PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device for heating and generating warm waves considering environments and having a function for easily and efficiently changing heating, stopping, and reheating with harmlessness to the human body and keeping the constant temperature with far-infrared radiation heat at the same time. SOLUTION: This portable device for heating and generating warm waves suppresses electromagnetic waves by supplying direct current converted from alternate current by a direct-current converter 1, and adjusts variably to the optimal frequency by a frequency adjuster 2, and makes the temperature range selectable through a temperature adjuster 3, and it can effectively generate the far-infrared ray to warm by heating a liner face-shaped heating element 4. In addition, the device is characterized in that a rechargeable battery 10 and a battery charger 13 are used together to be portable any time and the necessary warm waves can be generated whenever they are needed. Furthermore, the portable warming device considering environments is characterized in that the battery can be detachable and rechargeable not to become disposal and the device has a rechargeable and non-disposal body warmer function.
