PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature transporting vessel for living cells, cell tissues and medical equipment and the like. SOLUTION: This vessel has a structure including a spherical vessel and thermal accumulation material between a space for use in holding an object to be transported and the spherical vessel while the space being left at a central part inside the spherical vessel. In addition, in order to prevent the spherical vessel from being rolled, a lower semi-spherical capsule constituting the spherical vessel is made heavier than the upper semi-spherical capsule or some metallic blocks having a larger specific weight than that of the thermal accumulation material are put at the lower semi-spherical capsule to cause its center of gravity to be positioned at the lower part of the transporting vessel.
