PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof grommet which discourages an intrusion of an unlocking member such as a fine wire from a pivot shaft insertion hole to a lock device in a door and its unlocking operation, thereby realizing a high antitheft structure. SOLUTION: The waterproof grommet 20 has: a rubber grommet main body 21 which closely seals a peripheral edge part of the pivot shaft insertion hole 8a and a pivot shaft 12; and a collar member 22 and nut 24 (washer 23) which is fixed to the main body 21 by insert molding and allows the peripheral edge part of the pivot shaft insertion hole 8a to be internally and externally sandwiched and mounted through the main body 21. A nut 24 to be fastened and operated when the waterproof grommet 20 is mounted is set at the inner side of a back door 2 in the collar member 22. In addition a disc part 22b as an intrusion prevention part which has a diameter larger than an insertion hole 8a is provided inside an external flange part 21b which is positioned from the pivot shaft insertion hole 8a to the outside of the back door 2.
