PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging stacker elevating device having a good usability for a user because the user does not need to newly set a CD-R tray to a discharging stacker which guides a CD-R to a recording section. SOLUTION: A first discharging stacker 1500 is equipped with a tray Q', a medium guiding opening section (1522), and a medium guiding surface sections (1523, 1551 and 1551). In this case, the tray Q' can set a second medium. The medium guiding opening section (1522) houses the tray Q' in a manner to be able to be taken out.
