PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method of an existing pipe which efficiently regenerates a plurality of existing pipes in a manhole with which the opening ends of a plurality of the existing pipes are faced to largely shorten the work time required in regeneration. SOLUTION: When at least two existing pipes 20 to be regenerated of a plurality of the existing pipes embedded in the ground exist, a regeneration pipe 30, which has a cross section smaller than that of each of the existing pipes 20 and comprises a thermoplastic resin, is inserted in each of the existing pipes 20 to be regenerated and heated and internally pressurized to be increased in its diameter to be internally provided to the inner surface of each of the existing pipes 20 in a close contact state. In this regeneration method of the existing pipe, the regeneration pipes 30 are inserted in all of the existing pipes 20 through the manhole 10 with which the opening ends 21 of the existing pipes 20 are faced before each of the existing pipes 20 is increased in its diameter.
