<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong bearing service life by effectively preventing the entry of muddy water in a bearing space in a bearing device for a wheel equipped with a rotation sensor. <P>SOLUTION: An magnetic rubber 17 mounted on the outer surface side of an annular part 15b of a slinger 15 is turned around to the inner surface side from the tip of the annular part 15b forming a radial clearance 16. The clearance 16 is formed between the magnetic rubber 17 turned around to the inner surface side from the tip of the annular part 15b and a rubber member 14 of a seal member 12 so as to be radially inclined outward to the outside in an axial direction. By so doing, the device is formed to discharge muddy water entering thereinto through the clearance 16 radially inclined outward by a centrifugal force produced by the rotation of a wheel, besides resisting the entry of muddy water through the clearance 16 by increasing the length of the clearance 16.
