PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of skew due to a change of arrangement of a plurality of signal wirings arranged on a multilayer printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The multilayer printed wiring board has first signal wirings 100 to 104 arranged on a plurality of layers through first VIA groups 3, 5, 7 and 9, and second signal wirings 200 to 204 arranged on a plurality of layers through second VIA groups 4, 6, 8 and 10. The first and second signal wirings 100 to 104 and 200 to 204 have almost same wiring lengths, and are arranged by making them mutually cross. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
