PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display solving inconvenience due to a soft key on a display screen when observing medical images. SOLUTION: The medical image display comprises: a display part 9 for displaying a medical image display screen P wherein image display areas P1-P4 are defined; an image data storage part 31 for storing the image data of medical images; an information storage part 32 for storing processing content-relating information 32a for associating the combination of the image display areas P1-P4 with processing contents to the image data of the medical images; an operation part 10; and a control part 2 for making processing indicated in the processing contents related to the combination of the image display areas where the two medical images are respectively displayed by the processing content-relating information 32a be performed to the image data of at least one of the two medical images when the two medical images displayed in the different image display areas of the image display areas P1-P4 are respectively specified by using the operation part 10.
