PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can output laser beams at a stable and high output. SOLUTION: A laser oscillator 1 has a Q switch element 5 which controls an oscillation output of laser beams 101. A laser amplifier 11 amplifies the laser beams 101 outputted from the laser oscillator 1 and outputs as laser beams 111. The laser amplifier 11 has a Q switch element 15 which controls an output of the laser beams 111. A trigger signal generator 21 outputs trigger signals TR, DTR to Q switch drivers 24, 25, respectively. The Q switch driver 24 inputs the trigger signal TR and turns on the Q switch element 5, and the Q switch driver 25 inputs the trigger signal DTR and turns on the Q switch element 15.
