PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which is used for oil ballpoint pens, contains a pigment, is free from the excessive ink adhesion of the ink composition to paper, and has good temporal pigment dispersion stability. SOLUTION: This ink composition for oil ballpoint pens, comprising at least a colorant, a solvent, a pigment-dispersing resin, and a water-soluble polymer resin, is characterized in that the solvent comprises an oil-soluble organic solvent, and a plasticizer which is soluble in the oil-soluble organic solvent and dissolves the pigment-dispersing resin and the water-soluble polymer resin.
