PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression device which decreases a difference between an emission-starting pressure and a control pressure (maximum outlet pressure). SOLUTION: The decompression device comprises a flow channel valve 22 arranged in a gas flow channel 21 on whose both pressure-reception faces an inlet-side gas pressure P0 and an outlet-side gas pressure P2 are applied in prescribed area ratio, respectively; and a piston 26 which enables a standard gas pressure P1 to be applied to one pressure-reception face, also enables the outlet-side gas pressure P2 to be applied to the other pressure-reception face, and has a projected operation bar 27, which operates the flow channel valve 22, on the other pressure-reception face. In this case, the flow channel valve 22 is composed of a main valve body 22a and an auxiliary valve body 22b. The auxiliary valve body 22b and the main valve body 22a are operated in this order with the operation bar 27 of the piston 26 to open the flow channel valve 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
