PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new 3-pyrazolylphenyl sulfide derivative having excellent soil treatment activity as an agricultural and horticultural insecticide, acaricide and nematicide or its salt and an agricultural and horticultural insecticide, acaricide and nematicide comprising the derivative or its salt as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The 3-pyrazolylphenyl sulfide derivative is represented by general formula [I] (R1is a 1-6C alkyl group or a 3-6C cycloalkyl group; R2is a 1-6C alkyl group; n is an integer of 0-2; m is 0 or 1; A1and A2are each a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; B1is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a methyl group; B2is a cyano group, a nitro group or a 1-6C alkyl group) or its salt.
