<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sense of beauty and obtain the advertisement and publicity effect by displaying a design pattern etc. inexpensively because of a simple manufacturing process without lowering the reliability and the conversion efficiency of a module. <P>SOLUTION: A display pattern resin film F with a cut display pattern such as design patterns is held between a CIS thin film solar cell submodule 2 and a cross linked EVA resin film 3 functioning as adhesives to display the display pattern P of the film F on the surface of a thin film solar cell module 1 maintaining the adhesion force of the EVA resin film 3 to the film F between the submodule 2 and a cover glass 4.
