DATA COMMUNICATION PROGRAM, DATA COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND PORTABLE TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly transmit desired data.

SOLUTION: This portable terminal equipment (computer) 1 is provided with following functions. A data storage means 2 stores storage data to be uploaded to a server 7. A transmission data generating part 3 generates data for transmission, to which storage data are added, to be transmitted to the server 7 for making an inquiry. A judgement means 4 judges whether or not the data for transmission are put in a transmittable status to the server 7. A communication scheduler 5 permits the data communication means 6 to transmit the data for transmission to the server 7 based on the judgement result of the judgement means 4. The data communication means 6 transmits the data for transmission to the sever 7 in response to permission of the communication scheduler 5.
