SOUND AND SHOCK ABSORBING FITTING ASSEMBLY, ULTRALIGHT STRUCTURE SET, AND USE OF FITTING ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and ultralight decorative laminated structural member having excellent sound and shock absorbing performance. SOLUTION: The ultralight sound and shock absorbing structure set consists of at least a base layer 2, an intermediate layer 3 and a covering layer 6. The intermediate layer 3 consists of a plurality of hollow bodies 4 arranged in parallel with each other, of which walls are perforated and which form a complex labyrinth of hollow spaces. The covering layer 6 has a microporous stiffening layer 8 which generates an air flow resistance of 9003. The dimensions of the walls of the hollow bodies 4 are such that they allow for compression of at least at 50% at a maximum plateau tension of 0.5<σ<1.2 MPa and inelastically and fully convert an impact energy of approximately 0.5 MJ/m3into deformation work.
