PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive mold for inmold foamed moldings which enables moldings having undercuts to be easily released from the mold. SOLUTION: The mold assembly comprises a male mold 11 and a female mold 12. An inner 28 is installed in the female mold 12. An inner mold 19 is installed in the male mold 11. Undercut-forming members 22 and 23 are arranged in the inner mold 19. The inner mold 19 is connected with the frame 43 via the support mechanism 25. The inner mold 19 is movable relatively to the side of the frame 43, when the mold assembly is closed. An operation pin 55 is provided on the side of the frame 43 in a protruding manner. The operation pin 55 is arranged in the inner mold 19. When the inner mold 19 is moved relatively to the side of the frame 43, the operation pin 55 moves in the direction 20 of the mold closure with the frame 43 and pushes out the undercut-forming members 22 and 23 from the inner mold 19.
