PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caliper brake mounting device capable of easily attaching/detaching an existing caliper brake to/from a bicycle. SOLUTION: The mounting device 10 is composed of a fixing arm 2 fixed to a mounting bolt of the existing caliper brake and having a fixed engaging portion 21 capable of engaging with one of a pair of forks 120 of the bicycle at a lower end portion, a rocking arm 3 rocably provided at the fixing arm 2 and having a rocking engaging portion 31 capable of engaging with the other of the pair of the forks at a lower end portion, and a fixing means 4 clipping and pressing the pair of the forks from the outside between the rocking engaging portion 31 and the fixed engaging portion 21.
