The invention deals with a mutated shortened mf-pfkA gene for the synthesis for shorter 6-phosphorfructo-1kinase (PFK1) fragment, which, for its full activity, does not require the phosphorilation of enyzme which it encodes and is not substantially inhibited by citric acid and/or salt of this acid and ATP molecules. The active 49-52 kDa fragment which is the product of the mt-pfkA gene features positive control properties, so that it is activated upon the presence of specific activators but it is not sensitive anymore to inhibition by citric acid and ATP as important substances which in higher developed organisms act as feedback inhibitors. The invention also deals with the procedure which includes the application of the mt-pfkA gene which encodes the modified shorter fragment into cells with the purpose that it generates an increased flow of metabolism via glycolysis as well as increased synthesis level of primary and secondary metabolites. The invention also deals with the application of the modified shorter fragment in biotechnology procedures of generating primary and secondary metabolites
|
