A cassette type air conditioner is provided to reduce the size and power consumption by using an outer rotor type motor not to require a motor case. A cassette type air conditioner includes a cabinet(100) installed at a ceiling and having an inlet(101) and an outlet(102) on its lower surface, a blower fan forming air flow toward the outlet of the cabinet from the inlet of the cabinet, and a motor including a stator fixed to the cabinet and a rotor connected to the blower fan and rotated at the outside of the stator. |
