A device for preventing decreasing of a caster angle during a rapid deceleration of a vehicle is provided to maintain constant caster angle even when an over-steering causing alignment torque is exerted by installing a hydraulic pressure moving device causing hydraulic pressure from a cylinder device to push a front strut mounting unit by a piston installed in a cylinder. A device for preventing decreasing of a caster angle during a rapid deceleration of a vehicle comprises a knuckle(11) coupled to a wheel, having a piston rod(21) connected to one end of the knuckle, and a hydraulic pressure moving device for causing the hydraulic pressure from the cylinder device to push a front strut mounting unit(31). The hydraulic pressure moving unit includes a cylinder(41) for exerting the hydraulic pressure from the cylinder device on the front strut mounting unit, a piston(42) installed in the cylinder towards one end of the front strut mounting unit for pressurizing the front strut mounting unit, a spring(43) installed in the cylinder towards the other end of the front strut mounting unit, and a hydraulic pressure hose connecting the cylinder device and the cylinder. The hydraulic hose includes a first hose(44) directly connected to a lateral side of the cylinder device and the cylinder, and a second hose(45) branching out from front end of the first hose and connected to an upper part of the cylinder. A release valve(46) is installed on one end of the first hose. An end section of the second hose connected to the upper part of the cylinder are branched into plural minute hoses(47).
