A differential pressure control valve is provided to ensure fast and accurate flow control with a compact valve structure wherein the differential pressure is directly exerted on a flow control cartridge, causing the flow cartridge to control the flow level while moving up and down elastically. A differential pressure control valve is capable of maintaining consistent level of flow which flows into each branch pipe from a hot water pipe. When differential pressure between a hot water return pressure(P1) and a hot water supply pressure(P2) is exerted on a flow control cartridge(30) as hot water enters a first flow path(11) connected to a hot water return pipe and a second flow path(12) connected to a differential pressure sensing pipe of a hot water supply pipe, the flow control cartridge moves up and down elastically by first and second springs(15,16). The hot water of the first flow path is discharged to a third flow path(13) via an orifice flow path groove whose water inlet/outlet is variably divided by a valve seat(14), adjusting a hot water supply setting pressure(P3).
