A design and a construction method of a river bank against a deflection of fluvial path due to Coriolis effect are provided to provide stable design and construction tool to prevent a flood. The adequate design and construction base for the river are provided by applying a weighted effect of the centrifugal force and the Coriolis force. The river bank is constructed strong and high by applying a set value calculated by changing speed at the same latitude based on the pressure increase ratio.
