A display device, a fabrication method thereof, and an electronic device are provided to achieve a water-proof structure of the display device and improve accuracy by covering one surface and the other surface of the display body integrally with a contiguous water-proof membrane. An inner member(200) has an outer surface with curvature almost the same as a curved shape of a display body(100), and an outer member(400) has a recess having an inner wall having almost the same shape as an outer surface of the inner member. The display body is fixed to the outer surface of the inner member. The inner member to which the display body is fixed is inserted into a recess(402) of the outer member for the display body and the inner wall of the outer member to face each other. A low-temperature curable resin is induced into a space provided between the outer surface of the inner member and an inner wall of the recess, which is formed in a state where the inner member fixed with the display body is inserted into the recess, and then the resin is hardened. After the low-temperature curable resin is hardened, the display body covered with the hardened low-temperature curable resin is separated from a molding frame.
