An array substrate, a display panel having the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent brightness variation caused by misalignment of a pixel electrode by forming first and second voltage sustain electrodes on the same plane as the data line at predetermined intervals from the data line. A pixel electrode(130) is formed of a transparent conductive material. A gate line(110) is formed along a first direction at one of lower and upper sides of the pixel electrode. A data line(122) includes a first data line(122) formed at the left of the pixel electrode along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a second data line(124) formed at the right of the pixel electrode along the second direction. A first voltage maintaining electrode(170) is separated right from the first data line at a first distance along the first direction, and electrically connected to the pixel electrode. A second voltage maintaining electrode(180) is separated left from the second data line at a second distance along the first direction, and is electrically connected to the pixel electrode. A thin film transistor(TFT1) is electrically connected to the gate line, the data line and the pixel electrode.
