The design is directed to a PIPE GLAND. The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the PIPE GLAND as shown in solid lines in the attached drawing. The remaining portions of the PIPE GLAND that are shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design.Drawings of the design are included wherein:FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of a PIPE GLAND according to the present design;FIGURE 2 is a front elevation view of the PIPE GLAND shown in Figure 1;FIGURE 3 is a section view of the PIPE GLAND shown in Figure 2, taken along section line 3-3;FIGURE 4 is a right elevation view of the PIPE GLAND shown in Figure 1, with the left elevation view of the PIPE GLAND shown in Figure 1 being a mirror image of Figure 4;FIGURE 5 is a bottom plan view of the PIPE GLAND shown in Figure 1, with the top plan view of the PIPE GLAND shown in Figure 1 being a mirror image of Figure 5; andFIGURE 6 is a rear elevation view of the PIPE GLAND shown in Figure 1.
