FIELD: aircraft industry; air-jet engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vectored-thrust nozzles of air jet engines proposed rotating round axisymmetric reaction nozzle contains mechanism to control subsonic and supersonic flaps of nozzle, nozzle body, nozzle rotary device in form of two movable rings, outer and inner ones, and cylinders to control thrust vector. Nozzle body consists of two parts arranged in direction of flow, stationary and movable ones, with sealing members in between. Movable rings are interconnected by joints made in form of half-axles in two diametrically opposite points of axis of nozzle cross section. Movable part of nozzle body with mechanism to control subsonic and supersonic flaps of nozzle is rigidly connected by front side in direction of flow with rear side of movable outer ring. Inner movable ring is hinge connected in two diametrically opposite points through support members with fixed part of nozzle body. Hinge coupling of outer movable ring with inner one is provided in horizontal longitudinal plane of nozzle, and inner movable ring with support members of stationary part of nozzle, in vertical longitudinal plane of nozzle. Front sides of rings of rotary device, outer one in vertical longitudinal plane and inner one, in horizontal longitudinal plane, are connected with stationary part of nozzle body cylinders which control thrust vector. Sealing members between movable and stationary parts of nozzle body are installed on outer surface in end zone of stationary part of nozzle body in direction of flow. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of nozzle, convenience in operation with provision of turning through required angles in any direction of thrust vector and adaptable weight of nozzle. ^ 8 dwg |
