FIELD: measuring technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises allowing gas to flow through the heated pipe, measuring the flow rate from the temperature difference of the thermosensitive resistors mounted on the pipe from both sides of the heater, temperature compensating of the flow rate signal converted into the digital signal, linearizing the digital signal, determining variation in the total resistance of the thermosensitive resistors, and correcting the output signal when the value of measured resistance changes. The linearization is performed by means of approximating the function of the output signal by a piecewise linear function. The output signal obtained is compared with the reference one. ^ EFFECT: enhanced precision. |
