METHOD FOR SURFACE GRINDING

FIELD: processes and equipment for abrasive working, possibly grinding different surfaces by means of abrasive tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily setting parameters of desired grinding mode that influence upon roughness of worked surface and non-controlled geometry parameters of abrasive tool. Said parameters are set according to condition of equality of relation value of controlled and non-controlled parameters to value of fraction (purely periodical or combined periodical) selected according to relation value of said parameters at basic grinding mode. At grinding part is subjected to rotation and(or) to motion and abrasive tool is subjected to rotation with predetermined parameters. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of working, improved quality of ground surface due to its lowered roughness. ^ 2 ex
