FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of electromechanical drive, immovable table, movable faceplate, which is installed in fixed stand that is mounted on the table. Functionally combined in single instrumental pair, of coaxially installed on faceplate of puncheon and matrix -mechanism of pressing and extrusion of candy centers. Faceplate continuously rotates. Lifting and lowering of puncheons is done according to cyclic diagram, which is determined by profiled cam that is fixed in the stand. Double-shoulder levers that are hingedly installed in the top hub of faceplate, interact with cam by one shoulder, and with puncheon - by the other. Puncheon lifting is done in two directions: by means of spring that connects puncheon with lever, and additional mechanism of forced puncheon lifting. Number of instrumental pairs is independent. Such design solution represents quite simple kinematic circuit that is easy adjusted and controlled, accessible in repair. ^ EFFECT: design is simplified; reliability and operation resources are increased; maintainability is provided. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
