FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining industry and is intended for mining machines, specifically, for hydraulic drive. High-torque hydraulic drive of mining machine consists of body, power cylinders, head and drain manifolds, crankshaft and control valves, besides, power cylinders are connected at one side by means of hinged joints to body, and at the other side their stems are movably joined to crankshaft, where driving sprocket of mining machine working element is fixed. Head and drain control valves are installed on body together with hinged joint of each cylinder, besides valve pushers are joined with adjuster bolts fixed in cylinders, which provide for direct valves control through their swinging. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of hydraulic drive and improved reliability of its operation. ^ 3 dwg |
