PORTABLE TERMINAL, CONTENT PROVISION SYSTEM AND CONTENT PROVISION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal, a content provision system and a content provision method for providing proper content to a user.

SOLUTION: This portable terminal is provided with a location information detection part 400 for detecting location information; an action area acquisition part 204 for acquiring an action area associated with the detected location information from an action area database 302 in which the location information and an action area for grasping the action of a user are stored so as to be associated with each other; a stay time measurement part 205 for measuring the stay time of a user in the acquired action area; an action information acquisition part 206 for acquiring action information according to the acquired action area and the measured stay time from the an action database 304 in which the action area and the stay time and action information showing the action of the user are stored so as to be associated with each other; an action history information generation part 208 for generating action history information showing the history of the acquired action information; and a matching processing part 210 for operating the matching processing of the action history information and a distribution rule defining the specific action pattern of the user, and for selecting content according to the result of the matching processing.
