PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a steel sheet with which a bonding joint excellent not only in shearing tensile strength but also in strength to tear off by brazing bonding to an aluminum based material can be obtained. SOLUTION: The steel sheet is any one kind selected from the group consisting of a galvannealed steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, electrogalvanized steel sheet, cold rolled steel sheet, and hot rolled steel sheet and contains, by mass% (hereinafter the same), 0.05 to 0.25% C,≤2.0% Si, 0.1 to 3.5% Mn,≤0.05% P,≤0.03% S, and≤0.1% Al, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, in which Si+Mn/20≥0.065 is satisfied, and the maximum Si concentration in an intermetallic compound layer formed at a bonding boundary after brazing bonding is≤2.0% and the maximum Mn concentration is≤0.4%.
