PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computerized tomography diagnosis apparatus, where both of its optimum tomography timing function and complicated inspection process have been improved by optimizing tomography conditions based on contrast medium conditions. SOLUTION: In the X-ray computerized tomography diagnosis apparatus where bolus tracking is done prior to the main scanning with a contrast medium to obtain diagnostic tomogram, a gantry controller 31 in a computer system 3 measures the time from the start of contrast medium injection to the end of bolus tracking and according to the measured time, changes the timing of start of tomography for main scanning.
