The sheet has a recess, and a viewable top face formed by a textile layer (1), which is not or poorly roll-pressed. The textile layer is glued on a leather skin using a two-component adhesive, and is roll pressed with the skin. The textile layer comprises a reduced in thickness through gaps, and a composite material is reduced in thickness through gaps after the gluing of the textile layer on the skin. An embossing tool is positioned on the composite material, which is cut before embossing. The embossing tool is pressed between 15 s to 180 s on the composite material. An independent claim is also included for a method for roll pressing a flexible sheet. |
