PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule fixing structure that facilitates control of fixing positions. SOLUTION: The structure includes a ferrule 23 of an optical fiber cable terminal 22, a housing 24 having a lance 39 that provides a catch for the ferrule 23 and having a ferrule storing chamber 30, and a holder 25 to be attached to the housing 24. The housing 24 is provided with a side releasing section 36 that is formed in the longitudinal direction of the housing from the tip end thereof and that releases the ferrule storing chamber 30, and provided with a transfer regulating projection 38 that is situated in a position facing the inside of the ferrule storage chamber 30 from the side releasing section 36 and that is engaged with an annular recess 29 as an in-between step of the ferrule 23.
