It is possible to reduce the time required for analyzing a modulation accuracy of a modulated signal. A signal analysis device (2c) analyzes a measurement signal having a plurality of frames each having a preamble and a data symbol. The signal analysis device (2c) includes: frame acquisition units (22, 26) for acquiring a frame from a measurement signal; a symbol demodulation unit (24) for symbol-demodulating the acquired frame; and a modulation accuracy derivation unit (28) for deriving a modulation accuracy according to an output of the symbol demodulation unit (24). The frame acquisition unit (26) acquires a subsequent frame by shifting the position of a starting frame positioned at the head of the measurement signal by a frame length multiplied by an integer as a position of the subsequent frame position after the starting frame.
