PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk inspection system capable of easily associating information on an inspection result and an optical disk corresponding to the inspection result with each other when inspecting many optical disks. SOLUTION: The optical disk inspection system performing inspection of the optical disk and recording the inspection result includes: an inspection means for inspecting the optical disk (optical disk inspection device 50); an acquisition means for acquiring the obtained inspection result data (personal computer 30); an image pickup means for imaging an image including identification information provided to the optical disk (image pickup device 40); a storage means for storing the image data while associating the image data with the inspection result data (personal computer 30); and a presentation means (a server device) for acquiring the image data associated with the inspection result data from the storage means to perform presentation when a browsing request for the inspection result data is placed.
