PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing system capable of easily acquiring a photographed image where an object is photographed under desired lighting conditions, and to provide an image synthesizing device and an image synthesizing program. SOLUTION: The photographing system comprises: a lighting section for lighting the object with a plurality of pieces of illumination light having mutually different lighting directions each; a photographer for photographing the object under the plurality of pieces of illumination light each to obtain a plurality of photographed images; a position detector for detecting the position of the object for each of the plurality of photographed images; a position corrector for correcting the position misalignment among the plurality of photographed images mutually, based on the position detected by the position detector; and an image synthesizer for designating the target quantity of light in each orientation of light for lighting the object, and for creating the image of the object lit with the quantity of light equivalent to the designated quantity of light by image synthesis using the plurality of photographed images of which the mutual position misalignment is corrected by the position correct.
