PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling mouth member capable of easily refilling a content from a refilling pouch to a container body via a spouting nozzle provided on a container. SOLUTION: The refilling mouth member 10 is used for refilling the content to the container via a tapered spouting nozzle 17 of the container 18 from the refilling pouch 10 which is formed into a bag shape by overlapping at least two sheets of side wall films 11 each other and bonding peripheral edge portions thereof, and stores the content for refilling. The refilling mouth member consists of a member attachable/detachable to/from the inside of a spout part 14 of the refilling pouch 10, has a shape-keeping rigidity for keeping the spout part 14 in a cylindrical three-dimensional shape, and also has a forward-thicker cylindrical shape along an outer peripheral surface of the spouting nozzle 17. A locking flange 23 expands outwardly from an opening edge part on the back side of the insertion direction X. The locking flange 23 is abutted on and locked to the opening edge part of the spout-opening 16 formed on a fore end of the spout part 14 when the refilling mouth member 10 is inserted into the spout part 14.
