PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a copying device and to make maintenance easy by forming a photochromic film having optical reversibility like a cylinder and irradiating infrared rays from the back of the film to execute both transfer and erasing. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical film 1 is formed by a photochromic film applying optical reversibility and an infrared lamp 6 is arranged in its inside. When the image of an original 2 is projected to the surface of the film 1 through an optical system, molecular structure in the film is converted and a thick and thin pattern is visually recorded. When heat sensitive paper 8 on a carrier belt 7 is pressed against the film 1, the infrared lamp 6 is irradiated, so that the heat transfer of the original image and the erasing of the original image on the basis of heating are simultaneously executed. Consequently, the film 1 can be repeatedly used, the constitution is simplified and the maintenance can be made easy. |
