PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ice cream having handmade feeling like an article fabrication. SOLUTION: The ice cream 50 is obtained by placing a flat rice cake 52 on sheet-like ice cream 51 of 1mm thickness formed by pouring liquid ice cream onto a cooled iron plate (A) followed by thinly extending, and rolling the sheet-like ice cream 51 while peeling with a spatula-like cooking utensil B followed by forming in a roll-like shape.
