A method of determining a real and potential ecological threat, caused by the agressiveness of an adventive plant species consists in that ecobotanical indices of the state of the adventive plant species are determined by means of an optical microscope, an object micrometer, a ruler, a screw ocular micrometer, colourants, in particular methylene blue, acetocarmine, orcein and hematoxylin, and a total index of the threat of a territory is calculated according to these indices (pollen concentration, the structure of pollen grains having differing quality, population density and a reproductive effort) using scales specially developed for each of the indices. |
