摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support so as to timely provide merchandise information to a customer through media having design satisfying the tastes or needs of a consumer layer. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 11 displays information relating to a merchandise information providing method intended by a merchandise provider and information relating to a merchandise information providing method expected by a consumer so as to be overlapped in a matrix form for each of consumer clusters obtained by clustering a plurality of consumers based on factors expressing their characteristics. Thus, the deviation between the intentions of the merchandise provider and the expectations of a merchandise consumer layer is visualized.
