PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding sheet manufacturable at low cost and having excellent heat shielding property (heat insulation property), easiness of handling, excellent construction efficiency, and excellent dew-condensation resistance and a heat shielding structure of an attic in which the heat shielding sheet is used. SOLUTION: In the rectangular heat shielding sheet, a reflective layer formed of an aluminum foil or an aluminum deposited resin film is stuck on at least one of the surfaces of a corrugated fiberboard formed by holding a corrugated sheet between an upper paperboard and a lower paperboard. At least two fold lines parallel with the longitudinal direction of the sheet and one slit line crossing perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sheet are so formed at at least one corner part of the sheet that the corner part can be bent inward in a prismatic shape.
