PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for concentrating and breaking a cell or a virus. SOLUTION: The method for concentrating and breaking the cell or the virus comprises a step for pouring beads into a solution containing the cell or the virus and concentrating the cell or the virus on the beads and a step for breaking the cell or the virus by irradiating laser to the beads.
